Application, materials, and information for the 2010-2011 Da Vinci Junior High Academy school year, Grades 8-9 are now available at the Da Vinci Senior High School (DVSH) office at 1400 E. 8th Street, Davis, California, 95616 or online (here) at http://www.davincijuniorhigh.net/application.htm and will also be available at information nights.

Step Two: Write a personal statement explaining why you feel that Da Vinci Junior High would be beneficial to you, and what you are willing to offer to the school.

Step Three: Arrange for a recommendation form to be completed. Ask someone who knows you well to complete the form. We suggest teachers, clergy, scout leaders, employers, etc.  Anyone may complete the recommendation form online once it is posted and send via email to wlewis@djusd.k12.ca.us . The recommendation form can be downloaded as a word processing document and filled out and emailed as an attachment. It can also be printed out and completed and mailed to the Da Vinci Senior High School office at 1400 E. 8th Street, Davis, CA 95616 no later than 6pm on Friday, March 26, 2010.  The letter of recommendation can be hand delivered to the Da Vinci High School office by the person making the recommendation in a sealed envelope, but not by the student or the student's parents.
